The urgency of the problem is that much of the error in the treatment of dental disease is the presence of an inaccurate diagnosis of dental diseases, which in turn leads to incorrect treatment. Today, there is a large number of software diagnostics in medicine, including dentistry. Complexity and the need for a sufficiently large number of parameters to refine the diagnosis and the absence of some parameters of negates is the whole diagnostic problem. The aim of the study was the creation of software with minimal clinical signs of a simplified algorithm for calculating basic and circumstantial evidence, which minimizes the number of errors and not to request a large number of parameters required for a diagnosis. Also, to create software for the diagnosis is the possibility of its use in clinical practice, stroke, and to educate students in the simulation center. Proposed diagnostic program algorithm based on the method of introducing and other clinical parameters, with the creation of syndromic algorithm allows to eliminate errors in the differentiation of signs and display an accurate diagnosis with the possibility of correction the introduction of additional features. In the experimental part of the work we have carried out studies on optimization of software, increasing the resource-based clinical manifestations of various diseases, signs of adapting the algorithm for the program. The main results are using this program in a simulation center and a training center for students showed greater efficiency of its use.
Students interested in addressing the missing features are more reliable diagnosis of dental diseases, thus improving clinical judgment and objective symptoms. Our proposed method of computer diagnosis of dental diseases, to reduce the percentage of errors in diagnosis. Teaching students the diagnosis of dental disease, treatment options. It also raises the interest of practitioners – dentists.
