Godfrey Onugha was sentenced Thursday to five months in jail, five months of house arrest and a $3,000 dollar fine for sexually abusing an inmate within a federal prison. The 50-year-old pled guilty on May 27th 2010 to engaging in sexual acts with a female inmate in the x-ray room of the dental unit in the prison in January. Onugha claimed the encounter was consensual and was initiated by the inmate. The victim claimed that Onugha forced himself on her.
