Medicare appears to be the main issue on the campaign trail. The plans of both Obama and Romney will have a major impact on the outcome of the 2012 presidential election. Not only are Medicare recipients concerned about health care, but most of the middle class is worried about the rising cost of health care services, access to affordable health insurance, and the possibility of being denied coverage or treatment.
