Successful start of the dental summer event in the third year

The dental summer event 2012 started the day before yesterday at Timmendorfer Strand; Germany. The postgraduate educational event which takes place from the 27^th till 30^th June 2012 at Timmendorfer Strand, welcomed numerous last year dental students and young dentists. Like in the last years already, the congress satisfies the interests and needs of young dentist and ensures exciting presentation.

In cooperation between the German young dentist association (BdZA) and the organizers of the event the international advanced education institute (IFG), 250 free participations for two days seminars chosen individually by the participants could be given to last year dental students or young dentists. All of the free tickets were made use of and enjoyed great popularity, therefore a lot of young dentists joined the group of participants at the Dental Summer Event 2012.

Next to the workshop of Dr. Jörg Weiler about composite fillings in Molars, a two day seminar about patient counseling sessions with Hans- Uwe L. Köhle, the workshop smile design with Dr. Thomas Schwenk and Dr. Markus Striegel and the workshop about implant prosthodontics with Dr. Paul Weigl started.

Also with bad weather in the first days the atmosphere during dinner and the viewing of the soccer matches was good, as though nobody got annoyed by a few clouds. With the start of the beach volleyball tournament yesterday, the clouds vanished and the sun came out rewarding the diligent dentists.
