Her tooth was first noticed as missing as she celebrated her husband’s 60th birthday at the weekend. She then showed if off as she returned to her day job on Loose Women, explaining that it had fallen out after she won Big Brother. But clearly feeling very self-conscious about her gappy smile, Denise Welch wasted no time in having it corrected and emerged from the dentist yesterday with a beaming smile on her face.

Miss USA 2011 Alyssa Campanella, James Gandolfini, aka Tony Soprano, singer Debbie Harry, Montel Williams they’ve all sat in the dentist chairs of Drs. Anthony Vocaturo and Donald Lapine, the owners of NJ Cosmetic Dentistry & Wellness Center, at 90 Avenue B in Bayonne. This week was no exception for celebrity gawkers. Carson Kressley, who hit the big time on the TV show “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,” was a recent contestant on “Dancing With Stars” and is host of “Carson Nation” on the Oprah Winfrey Network, was in for a cleaning.

“Fantasy Factory” star Scott “Big Cat” Pfaff hasn’t been to the dentist in 10 years — and this week, he’s gonna pay for it big time … with multiple painful procedures. Pfaff finally ended his decade-long dental sabbatical a few days ago — and we’re told the mouth doc immediately spotted multiple cavities … and several teeth that need to be pulled. Sources close to Big Cat tell us, he also has to get a root canal asap — and the first of several pain-filled visits is scheduled for this week. Don’t forget to floss.
