It has now been a few years since Nobel has launched the All-on-4 replacement technique. Bredent Medical has also launched a similar product, but using 6 implants in the maxillary which has a 97.3% success rate at 5 years (this testing was not independent). Bredent’s product is, I believe, called SKY Fast & Fixed. The major risks around these systems obviously has to do with longevity. Now that the systems have been in use for a medium amount of time, what kind of evidence do we have about longevity? Have other potential problems been discovered with these systems?
